As part of our Corporate Transformation Plan, Paul and other Shopfloor staff recently attended the Team Leader Development Course with the Manufacturing Institute.
In his new position as the CNC Turning section leader, Paul is finding ample opportunity to polish his motivational skills.
Paul is happily married and in his spare time enjoys socialising, eating, drinking, catching up with mates, watching sport, playing on X-Box live and avoiding DIY at all costs!
