Les Nuttall
Managing Director
Les' comprehensive engineering background stems from a 15 year period both in the machine shop followed by roles as Quality Manager & Production Manager. He has spent the last 15 years as Managing Director.
Les takes care of Strategic Planning and Lean Manufacturing which come together to form Merc's Corporate Transformation Plan. He is also responsible along with a local software writer, for the design and development of 'MAFIS', the Company's new ERP software package.
Les lives in Barrowford with his wife Kathryn and their three daughters. A big football fan, Les enjoys watching the sport, playing 5-aside and also enjoys running. His children and siblings are keen hockey and netball players and he often goes to watch them in competitions.
